Strengthening an Organization does not imply that everything about the organization needs a revamp. It is only a means to understand “how strong are our weakest links” or “how weak are our strongest links”
It is important to understand :
What are the “good” things about the organization that can be further leveraged? Eg : Market reach, service quality, process efficiency, Financial management, Business Analytics etc ...
What are those missing elements, if addressed, could add substantially to the growth story?
What are those critical capabilities that we necessarily need to work on?
How agile is our organization? How external-savvy are we? How quickly do we align to these? Does our structure and decision making process enable agility? etc
