Organization Strengthening

Strengthening an Organization does not imply that everything about the organization needs a revamp. It is only a means to understand “how strong are our weakest links” or “how weak are our strongest links” It is important to understand :

  • What are the “good” things about the organization that can be further leveraged? Eg : Market reach, service quality, process efficiency, Financial management, Business Analytics etc ...
  • What are those missing elements, if addressed, could add substantially to the growth story?
  • What are those critical capabilities that we necessarily need to work on?
  • How agile is our organization? How external-savvy are we? How quickly do we align to these? Does our structure and decision making process enable agility? etc
