Process Management in Human Resources:-

  • Purposes: understand whether the organization members are clear about the organization's mission , purpose & goal agreements .
  • Structure: How is the organization's work divided up? The question is whether there is an adequate fit between the purpose and the internal structure.
  • Relationship: Between individuals, between units or departments that perform different tasks, and between the people and requirements of their jobs.
  • Rewards: We will understand what the organization formally reward or punish members for and suggest an effective PMS.
  • Leadership: Understanding the present leadership style & its appropriateness at various levels.
  • Helpful mechanism: an effective organization must attend to planning, control, budgeting, and other management information systems (MIS) that help organization member accomplish their goals . We will study these functions of the management & their effectiveness in achieving the organizational objectives.
